Teachers day card and Tsunami Kanzashi flower Tutorial

hi people,

This months challenge at Hands to heart Challenge is A special Teacher and this is what I came up with. A pencil shaped card with quilled elements.:)

The cardstock is Favini, double sided. White paper is embossed with swirls background, which hardly shows in the photo.  I faux stitched around the quilled items. Hope u like it. And do play along the challenge! It was fun creating the card!

Today's Tutorial
Following the Kanzashi flower tutorial in this post, this is a Tsunami Kanzashi flower tutorial!.
Cut 6 circles in fabric or felt.
Fold it in half 2 time..i.e one fourth
secure it with a safety pin. This becomes a petal
Create five such petals and sew them together.Remove the pins.Place a button or brad in the centre and finish the flower!
You can use the other side of the flower(blue one on right) also.cool is nt!?

Ink the edges of the bricks and start pasting according to the number.
pasting in progess. You can leave out 1 or 2 bricks, to give an old wall effect
